A refund will only be issued at the time of delivery if a clear production error or manufacturing defect is identified. Please note that refunds apply to the cost of the products only; any applicable delivery fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Once the order has been accepted and the delivery process is finalized, no further refunds or returns will be processed. We kindly ask that you verify the condition and accuracy of your order thoroughly before the delivery agent leaves.
